
Meet The Team
Ruth and Larry Griffin served as missionaries and church planters in Montevideo,
Uruguay and in Miami, FL before moving to Memphis, TN where Larry serves as the 7th
President of Mid-South Christian College, a bilingual Bible college preparing men and
women to serve the Kingdom of God in a variety of ministry roles. Larry and Ruth have
participated in the planting of 3 Spanish speaking congregations in the USA, and they
have traveled extensively in Latin America holding pastoral conferences and teaching
Christian leadership.

John Bliffen
DIRECTOR
Director, John Bliffen, has experience in Spanish-speaking mission work for 35 years in countries such as, Uruguay, Ecuador, Cuba and Spain. He and his wife have also started two Hispanic churches in the USA, one in Miami, FL and one in Memphis, TN. He currently is mentoring and coaching 4 Latino pastors who are working with ACPN to plant Hispanic churches.

David and his wife are graduates of Colegio Biblico and have experience both pastoring Hispanic churches and working with the Hispanic Community.

Latino Christian Movement as our Media Directors and also as mentors to future church planters.
Alex Diaz serves as the Midtown Campus Pastor at Traders Point Christian Church, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hailing originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Alex brings a diverse background to his role. He pursued a legal education and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies, complemented by a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies.
With nearly two decades of dedicated service in the realm of ministry, Alex has contributed his expertise to churches across South and North America. His multifaceted career has encompassed pivotal roles such as worship leader, church planter, and teaching pastor at one of the nation’s most influential multiethnic congregations.
At the core of his professional journey lies an unwavering passion for guiding individuals toward the transformative hope offered by Jesus. Alex’s extensive experience also equips him to provide valuable insights on leadership and intercultural ministry to the local Church.
